End User License Agreement (EULA)

b. By submitting UGC, User represents and warrants that they have all necessary rights and permissions to do so, and that the UGC does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.
c. User grants Company a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the UGC in connection with the operation of the Product.

4. Intellectual Property
User acknowledges that the Product, including but not limited to software, graphics, user interface, and other content, contains proprietary information and material that is owned by Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.

5. Warranty Disclaimer
THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT.

7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Company may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if User breaches any provision of this Agreement.

8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

9. Entire Agreement
